Legacy of Dead Slot Review

Legacy of Dead is the follow up to developer Play’n GO’s hugely popular Book of Dead slot. This time around we don’t get the Indiana Jones wannabe Rich Wilde, but just about everything else that made the first one great has been rammed into the follow-up. As well as the warm Egyptian visuals you typically find in this style of slot, the all-important expanding, pay anywhere symbols have been retained for the bonus round.

’Book of’ style slots might have been around for years now, but Legacy of Dead shows just how far we’ve come. How to play Legacy of Dead

Legacy of Dead is playable on any device by first selecting the appropriate stake. Altering the number of coins and their value produces total bets ranging from 0.10 to 100 credits per spin. Manual spins are available for those who like to control the pace, or up to 100 auto-spins can be set to power on through.

Winning combinations are formed when at least two or three matching symbols appear on one of the game’s 10 paylines. Symbols must be sitting adjacent to each other, from the first reel onwards. The exception is the scatter symbol which pays from any position or special symbols during free spins.

The gloriously Egyptian themed paytable splits the symbols into high and low pays. Low pay consists of 10 – A card royals which are worth 8 to 12 times the stake for five of a kind. This group needs at least three on a line to make a winner.

The four premium symbols are made up of high ranking figures from Egyptian culture. Here we find Horus, a Pharaoh, Anubis, and Tutankhamen.
